The countdown to @yukibali_ begins! 🇮🇩 YUKI’S chefs @kadek_bajil and @komangmertawan13 are bringing their culinary prowess to Bourke’s for two exclusive guest chef nights this September 15-16th. Since 2021, YUKI has expanded rapidly across Bali, bringing a refined yet relaxed dining experience to the island. Its menu offers a modern twist on the traditional Japanese izakaya, blending classic techniques with vibrant local ingredients and Balinese flavours. Dedicated to fresh, sustainably sourced ingredients, the culinary team collaborates with local fishermen to bring the finest seafood, fresh off the boat, to the table. For this Bourke’s special event, you can expect their signatures dishes, from their Tuna Tartare, Nori Ahi Taco and Hokkaido Scallop, to their Steak Sando and Pan Seared Sea Bass and more. @aled.burt will be shaking up some refreshing, island-inspired cocktails too and we can’t bloody wait!
