We are honoured to announce our #Finale Four Hands pop-up series at our beloved Sai Ying Pun home.
From 27–29 May 2026, we will host a blockbuster collaboration featuring two of Bali’s most celebrated talents: Ben Cross @beennjjii (MASONRY @masonry.bali and Bar Vera @bar.vera.bali ) and Stephen Moore @stevesumoore (Shelter Pererenan @shelter.pererenan ). Marking their sixth appearance at TEST KITCHEN @hktestkitchen , this “Finale Four Hands” dinner serves as both a homecoming for the chefs and a poignant farewell to our beloved loft / home.
Since our launch over eleven years ago, TEST KITCHEN has had the honour to host many different chefs from all walks of life. So this isn’t just a dinner; it’s a celebration of the community we’ve built over the last 11 years….
Ben and Stephen are more than just world-class talents; they are great friends of the house. We’re going out with a showcase of everything that makes this space special: raw energy, world-class craft, and a bit of theatre.
For this three-night residency, Ben and Stephen have designed a Mediterranean menu that bridges the gap between technical discipline and vibrant, soul-warming flavours.
