Your body knows how to move. Sometimes it just needs permission.
RISE is a weekly ecstatic dance — a space to be in your body, your expression, and community. Each session opens with a 20-minute warm-up (yoga, qigong, contact improv, capoeira, kung fu, hip-hop, or acroyoga), then the dance floor opens: free movement, sacred music, connection, closing with sound healing and acoustic heart songs.
