RISE creates a weekly space for free movement, expression, and community.
Each session begins with a 20 minute warm-up yoga, qigong, contact improv, or another movement modality to warm the body and expand your skills.
Then the dance begins. Two hours of music, movement, and connection, closing in circle with sacred sound healing and heart songs.
Every Tuesday at Alchemy Yoga & Meditation Center Ubud.

From the first class of the morning to the last sound of the evening, the energy in every shala was something truly special. Thank you to every person who showed up today.
