This November 27, @chef_macbeth hits Bali for a fire-fuelled collaboration, cooking an exclusive à la carte menu alongside Mosto’s own Chef Lorenzo De Petris @sirlopansa. With Egyptian–Italian roots, a love for the grill, and a style that’s equal parts refined and reckless, Macbeth brings the same rule-breaking energy that’s at the heart of Mosto. Snacks hit hard, proteins steal the show and nothing plays it safe.
Special for this night only, the pans and grills will be loaded with prime cuts straight from Australia - OP rib and Southern Australian lamb making their way from Perth to Bali just for this menu. Expect smoky char, deep flavour and meats that match the chefs’ bold approach.
