Now Co-Executive Chef of SU MA and a 2026 Prestige Gourmet Awards Gold List recipient, he brings together classical technique, Korean heritage and the flavours of East Asia. Alongside him, Capella Ubud’s Executive Chef Arvie Delvo channels the culinary traditions of the region through Api Jiwa’s elemental connection to fire.
