Witness the sun setting as this meditation begins, and enter the night with a cleansing ritual, a shot of arak and an oracle card offered at the conclusion of this session.
Activate your morning as you are guided in a meditation against the backdrop of the rising sun, the sound of the ocean andnature’s breeze. Find yourself tuned into frequency of the day by aligning your breath, through stretching, and Qigong movements. Conclude your session with a jamu shot and an oracle card.
